At Bellflower Dental Group, we are here to serve you even through the recent COVID-19 pandemic, keeping our dental office open in Bellflower, CA. Please be aware that your health and safety are our highest priority, but we also know that a pandemic does not stop dental emergencies and treatment needs. We are here to serve the people of Bellflower during this time of hardship.
We can assure you that the Bellflower Dental Group staff is all staying on top of the latest information about COVID-19, as well as doing everything in our power to prevent this thing from spreading. Please note that, as in compliance with the CDC and OSHA, we will do a prescreening to ensure that you have not traveled or have a cough or fever. Those of you who do are urged to stay home and we will happily assist you with rescheduling your dental appointment for a later date. However, if you are experiencing dental pain, we promise to do everything we can to assist you until you are able to make it into our dental office.
We are also taking extra precautions here in our dental office open in Bellflower as well, to decrease the chance of the virus spreading. You may be asked to wait for your dental appointment in your car rather than in the lobby. You will be asked to wash your hands upon entering the office, as well as before reentering the front office area.
We always know that the people here in Bellflower deserve optimal dental care, and we will do everything in our power to provide you with all necessary treatment over the upcoming weeks. We know that the coronavirus has caused a lot of concern for the people in our community and we don’t want your dental health to be one more thing you need to fret about. We have you covered now and always!
It is best that you always have plenty of your dental hygiene items on hand. Things like replacement toothbrush heads or manual toothbrushes, floss, mouthwash and toothpaste are must haves. If you need assistance locating or obtaining these items, please let us know and we will assist you in the best way we can. Be sure that you are brushing at least twice a day for two minutes at a time. You know the drill – get out that smart phone and start brushing, and don’t forget that circular motion. If you happen to fall ill (as a result of this coronavirus or otherwise) please be sure to replace your toothbrush right away. Be sure that you are eating a balanced diet as best you can, as well as drinking plenty of water each day.
Should you experience bleeding, swelling, sensitivity or pain, please call your Bellflower Dental Group team right away at 323-486-6579. Don’t forget, we have an emergency hotline for you, your family and friends to use as needed for your dental emergencies. You can also visit our emergency dental page for tips on how to deal with a dental emergency before you are seen in the dental office. You make sure that you are staying healthy out there and leave this dental stuff to us.
Our deepest condolences go out to anyone who has been impacted by the coronavirus. This has been and will continue to be tough for so many people, not only in our Bellflower community, but throughout the entire world. We can promise you that both you and your family will be taken care of as if you were our own during your visit to our dental office. We take the health of our doctors, staff and patients very seriously at all times, but have taken extra measures in a time like this. But don’t you worry, we will work together to be sure that you are getting all of the dental care you need.
